Steffan commenced his career at Argo Group, a Lloyd’s of London underwriting syndicate before joining the real estate finance team at Bank of London and The Middle East (BLME). At BLME Steffan provided both investment and development funding for commercial and residential property.
Following BLME Steffan joined Pluto Finance, a leading provider of residential development finance where he was responsible for origination and relationship management of residential development transactions and involved in the launch of 3 new lending vehicles.
Steffan then established the lending division of CapitalRise before joining Beaufort Capital in August 2018.

Steffan graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc in Mathematics & Physics, holds the Islamic Finance Qualification and is part way through the CFA designation programme.
