The next APL/LMA seminar will take place on 12 September 2017, 17:30 – 18:30 at Taylor Wessing, 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW and will cover the following:
• common structures for intercreditor agreements for real estate finance transactions;
• typical negotiation points and potential pitfalls; and
• mezzanine and senior lender requests and concerns.
Registration will start at 17:00, with the seminar to commence promptly at 17:30. The presentation will last approximately one hour, and will be followed by a drinks reception.
Speakers will be Heather Buttle and Louis Dewfall, both of Taylor Wessing.
