A seminar jointly hosted by
the APL, Burges Salmon and Savills will consider current trends and challenges
in the construction industry and how they are impacting on financing terms both
from developer and lender viewpoints. Topics to be discussed include modular
construction, contractor insolvency, competition for land, labour and material
cost inflation and managing planning risks.
