The APL is pleased to promote the RICS Seminar launching their Commercial Property Survey for Q3. The survey is widely recognised as one of the best indicators of the UK commercial property occupier and investor markets. This key research is relied upon regularly by the Bank of England Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), many of the major financial institutions, and is a reliable lead indicator of the IPD index. The survey covers industrial, retail, office, etc. It is also widely covered across National, Trade, Regional and Broadcast media across the UK.
The seminar is being held at UBS' offices and commences at 8am wih an economic update followed by a panel session. 1.5 hours of CPD will be given and the event is free to attend.
