APL Summer Party – Here comes the rain!!
Torrential rainfall, travel chaos and a game changing vote – the perfect day for a Summer Party!
Quite a year already. Scotland gives England a thumbs up, only to regret it later. The UK decides winning Eurovision is a lost cause anyway. And the APL turns 25.
The APL hosted a Summer Party at the 8 Club at 8 Dysart Street, EC2. Over 100 members and APL Sponsors discussed the day’s events over a glass of champagne (or two).
In celebration of 25 years, the APL wanted to invite members, ex-Presidents and those who have supported our events over the last two and a half decades. We are pleased to be affiliated with BLP, Burges Salmon, DWF, Hogan Lovells, Jones Lang LaSalle, K&L Gates, Knight Frank, Macfarlanes, McBains Cooper, Savills, and Taylor Wessing. Thank you all for making the evening a success.
The rain finally stopped at sunset and the party moved to the terrace with magnificent views of the puddles!
A big thank you Andrew Flemming and Trevor Homes for ensuring the lights were turned off as they were the last ones to leave (and an even bigger thank you to Stefanie and Carrie for organising!!).
