Cushman and Wakefield Lenders' Survey
Cushman and Wakefield have been working with the APL to make lenders aware of the forth coming Government Energy Act, which in 9 months time, will rule it unlawful to rent out a business property with a EPC rating of "E" and above. How will this effect you as a lender?
