Last month saw the 28th glittering APL Annual Funding Raising Dinner bring together 1,000 people from the real estate lending sector to the Westminster Plaza for this sold out black tie event.

Savills hosted a seminar for APL members on construction trends and their impacts on development finance.

The much anticipated APL golf day took place yesterday and was once again a great success with all 55 attendees.  13 teams representing 23 lenders from across the industry played 18 holes at Coombes Hill Golf Club in Kingston upon Thames, which finished with a BBQ and prize giving. 

Neil Odom-Haslett (APL President) and Emma Jack (APL Director) visited Missing People in February 2018 with the happy task of presenting a cheque for £5,000.

APL President, Neil Odom-Haslett and Vice President, Adrian Poole visited Grief Encounter Children's Charity in February and were delighted to present them with a cheque for £5,000.
